Highly recommended. Hopewell have been super helpful throughout the process of selling my flat. I've really enjoyed dealing with them - in contrast to the land registry, plumbers, management companies and solicitors! Back in March 2022 I got three valuations from three different estate agents, and Hopewell's was the most considered and thought out. I wasn't in a position to sell right away, but they followed up with me at just the right time in the autumn. I've been dealing with Mackenzie ever since, and he's gone over and above to make sure the photos and listing looked great, coordinate in a considerate way with the tenant who was renting the property, and keep us both informed on everything from viewings, to offers, to the enquiries raised by the buyer's solicitor, all the way through to exchange and completion! I've had great service, worth every penny, and so reassuring. Thanks for everything Mackenzie, from chasing everyone up, to the great advice, to just being there when I needed to vent - you've really made this whole process not only possible, but enjoyable.

Avoid private landlord introductions through Hopewell. UPDATED IN RESPONSE TO OWNER RESPONSE. See photos for what a clean unfurnished flat looks like through Hopewell. Zero consideration from Hopewell in checking the property before letting. Clearly Hopewell did no checks on the property before we moved in. The landlord did carry out works needed, removed black mould, replaced rusted heat towels, fixed broken windows. The hilarious thing here is the property is E rated for energy, which has been anounced that it will be illegal in a couple of years, we were told to keep the windows open yet the windows were broken and couldn't be kept open. To top it off the sound reaches 45+ decibles just from neighbour below talking at a normal level, not the neighbours fault at all. This review is because it is clear you don't vet your properties or care for your tennants. This review is 100% accurate and summed up perfectly with the opening statement, avoid private landlord introductions through Hopewell.

Great apartment! Had a lovely time renting an airbnb with Hopewell. Lovely open kitchen space, very clean and 5 minutes walk from the centre. My partner lives in Bristol so we do travel quite regularly and this little cozy space does the job perfectly. Very warm and airy space. I will definitely be renting again with them. X
