Small company with the potential of successful business model. However the customer care and overall service is so obsolete and ridiculously slow as it presently stands. There needs to be a major improvement in how quick the service is provided on local basis. It's not acceptable to wait 4 hours for a 4 hydraulic hoses in total length of 2 1/2 to 3 metres. Get someone a bit younger who can do the running around.
