Do not use here for a collection point for parcels of any description...... As a eBay seller I was very sorry to hear a lady had not received her post .upon doing some investigation and looking at the reviews I can see why.... They genuinely fobbed her off saying there would be a "code" sent from royal mail or them ..it was a second class post not a quest for a package of coins. I said upon seeing other reviews that if one of them is drinking out of her item when she goes on I wouldn't be surprised. Honestly do not use here ... Shame on you 😠😠😠😠😠

Enter this news agents at your own risk. You will be verbally assaulted. The rudest people I have ever had the misfortune to come across.

Do you have a valid reason for screaming at customers trying to drop off parcels?

Bought 2 small items off ebay with the option of delivery here, both items were refused to be accepted by hopes newsagent when the courier tried to deliver them. Now having to wait for them to be returned to the sellers address so he can find a proper collection point that will accept parcel delivery so they can be resent, if your not going to give a service that you advertise then I suggest you remove yourselves from the delivery list hopes newsagents because like me you will have no hope ever getting your parcel.

Went to the shop to drop off a parcel but was told she wouldn’t take it as they had too many stacking up already. She told me just to take it somewhere else. It wasn’t like it was the size of a TV, it was a Jiffy bag! Very rude and unhelpful. Never had one good experience at this shop but this is by far the worst

Supposed to be open until 2PM on Saturday. Arrived at 1145AM to collect a parcel that I'd had dropped off there on Friday as we were snowed in. Door locked, a man with an unpleasant attitude came to the door and told me to come back on Monday, they're closed.

We were snowed in and urgently needed a part delivering. So had it delivered to Hopes . It was open til 2pm on Saturday, got there about 11.30. It was closed, a man banged on the door as we walked away and said we are shut, come back on Monday. He was very impolite. So gasman was fitting us a boiler and we couldn't collect the part we needed so we have to wait a week now before he can come back . If they were in the shop, why couldn't they just give us the parcel !!!

You should rename your shop NO HOPE. No hope of service, no hope of manners, no hope of help. Rude unhelpful staff. Never again. If you don’t like working or owning a shop then leave. You are a disgrace. In reply to your rude response. I have MS which causes confusion (in response to your attitude re. Difference between a QR and Bar code).I can’t work and I most certainly am no Princess!! But thank you for your rude assumption. You WERE rude. It was obvious I was distressed and you sat that, unhelpful. And judging by your other reviews on here, you are deluded about how marvellous you think you are!
