Ordered 20 red robins 5 days ago, I received an email that said they would be ready for despatch in 7-10 days, I received them today, 5 days after ordering, fabulous. The boxes are very dented, but it looks as though the plants have survived the journey. They look really healthy with good leaf colour.

I ordered lots of Laurel hedging 10 months ago and they arrived next day (2 days early and without warning from the courier, but through no fault of the nursery). I'd prepared the ground in advance thanks to the excellent guide available on the website. The same guide came with the order. Due to the volume of plants I had to heel in most of them for a week. Planted them all successfully along with a soaker hose and every single one has survived. I ordered 10% more than needed in case of failures so I've now used them elsewhere which was a bonus. Plants are obviously well cared for and healthy before being dispatched. Delighted with the results and would not hesitate to order from Hopes Grove Nurseries again
