I went on a Monday and the place was very empty, almost no horses in the stables, no cats, no sheep. Almost everything on the menu in the cafe wasn’t being sold. I paid £6.50 for a cheese sandwich that didn’t even come with any of the sides advertised. I wasn’t even told this before I ordered, why charge full price if you ran out of half the meal? Don’t go on Mondays, they don’t bother if the place isn’t busy.

Loved this place. Much better than a lot of the mainstream places around. Was just sad to see that the other animals that are there aren't to view because of being exotic. Loved the stories to the animals

Really sweet animal sanctuary. Good for 1.5-2 hours of entertainment. All the animals look really well cared for. I brought my elderly disabled mother and she struggled with a lot of the pathways. There is no free entry for carers which is a shame.

DO NOT GO! False advertisement of the animals you get to see. These are the following animals that are on the website but no where to be seen in reality. Macaw, foxes, parrot, tanukis, owl, reindeers, civet , coatimundi and racoons. Would appreciate for the staff to contact me with an explanation to why we paid 3 full admission fees and only was given half of what we paid for.
