I've been using Pollards now for about 4 years. Their coffee is absolutely amassing and my customers think so too! They are reasonably priced and have never let us down with any deliveries. Unfortunately we've had a very bad experience with our previous roasters who over charged us and had very rude staff. When we switched to Pollards it was refreshing to see how much better things were. As a coffee shop, we do believe in having a close relationship with our roasters. Mick is always helpful and Tracey in the office is always very friendly over the phone. We have got a good business relationship with them, that I believe will continue for years to come.

I regularly buy and drink Monsoon Malabar, Puccini, Burundi and Sumatra. I am also a fan of their Italian roast and Ethiopian Mocha. If there is better coffee I haven’t found it yet. I found Pollards coffee by accident in the late eighties when walking past their shop on Cambridge Street in Sheffield when they were roasting beans, the aroma was unbelievable and I bought a basic filter jug and some Italian roast there and then, I have been a very happy customer ever since and although many things have changed since then the quality of the coffee Pollards produces hasn’t.
