How do you ensure the health and well-being of the pets in your adoption program?

At Hope Rescue Centre, we prioritize the health and well-being of all pets in our adoption program. We provide regular veterinary check-ups and medical care as needed, ensure proper nutrition and exercise, and provide a clean and comfortable living environment for all pets in our care.

What is your policy on returning adopted pets?

We understand that sometimes, circumstances change and it may become difficult to care for an adopted pet. In such cases, we have a policy in place that allows for the return of the pet to our rescue center. We also work with adopters to help resolve any issues they may be having with their pet before considering a return.

What is your adoption process for animals in your care?

Our adoption process begins with an application and interview process to ensure that the potential adopter is a good fit for the pet. We also require a home visit to ensure that the living environment will be suitable for the pet. Once approved, the adopter must sign an adoption contract and pay an adoption fee.

What is your policy for administering medication to pets?

If a pet in our care requires medication, we ensure that it is administered as directed by a veterinarian. We have trained staff who are able to administer medication, and we closely monitor the pet's response to treatment.

Very disappointed and absolutely disgusted with the service. We tried to adopt twice , after convincing us that we have a great home for a dog we haven’t been informed about any progress of adoption. We had to chase for any information, our emails have been ignored and on the end we got some vague answer as why we didn’t get the dog. Second time after we received an email asking us to choose another dog (which we did) we phoned on weekly basis as the process was very long and excuses was : firstly they were still receiving applications, then they were waiting to start going through them, next they were going through, and then after ringing for an up-tenth time we have just been told that we wasn’t successful without real explanation as it was so many applications . Totally unacceptable, wasting our time and getting our hope up after we lost our dog to cancer and we were desperate for a new family member. We were convinced after so many phone conversations with the staff that we will get the dog. Absolutely heartbreaking
