What amenities are included in the cottage rental?

Our cottage rentals come fully equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom(s). We also provide linens, towels, and basic toiletries. Additionally, each cottage has outdoor seating and access to our on-site amenities, such as a pool and playground.

What is the check-in/check-out process?

Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. We ask that guests arrive during our office hours, which are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, please let us know in advance so we can arrange for a late check-in.

What is the cancellation policy for cottage rentals?

Our cancellation policy requires a 72-hour notice prior to the scheduled arrival date for a full refund. If you cancel within 72 hours of your arrival, you will be charged for the first night of your stay. No-shows will be charged the full amount of their reservation.

Are pets allowed in the cottages?

We do not allow pets in our cottages, with the exception of service animals. If you require a service animal during your stay, please let us know in advance.

Is there a minimum stay requirement for cottage rentals?

We require a minimum stay of two nights for our cottage rentals. However, during peak season (June through August), we may require a minimum stay of three or more nights. Please check our availability calendar or contact us for more information.
