A-MAZE-ZING!!! Never had cupping before, but came with an open mind because had a lot of upper back pain for weeks and nothing was making a difference. Dr Ruqia talked me through the entire process. Told me what she would be doing, and what the treatment would be doing for me in each area. Dr Ruqia continued to talk to me throughout the process. Felt very comfortable and involved with my treatment. She was also very gentle. For me, I felt an immediate difference in my pain levels. I realise this might sound a little 'convenient', but I kid-you-not! I wasn't pain-free; but the pain was much less than it was when I entered the surgery. A week has gone by and I still have a few twinges in my back but I know in a few days those will be gone too. I was so impressed, I booked an appointment for my partner who had major back pain. He too experienced an immediate reduction in the pain he was experiencing. I will definitely be booking my next appointment as soon as I can. Thank you Dr Ruqia! 👍🏽

Been struggling with upper back tightness and issues sleeping for a few weeks as well as migraines. I’ve had deep tissue massages but the cupping was what finally offered some relief.
