Please give this company and its employees a wide birth, not only do they not deliver on their promises, they call you a liar, and always blame other people for their incompetence... some of the excuses used see if they've used the same to you. 1, it's the manufacturer. 2, it's haulage companies fault. 3, council workers are working from home, delays in paperwork.

Hopcraft Funeral Directors are by far one of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Paid for a Headstone in full for my Dad in Aug 2021 and was told that it would take 10-12 weeks. 'By Christmas at the latest'. Once we realised it wasn't going to be in when they promised. Lied to time and time again. Ryan (the 'Manager') hangs up on you and lies about receiving emails. Lied about sending permits to the Council and blamed them for working from home, when they actually don't. Staff are rude and disrespectful. In no way should these people be dealing with grieving families. Have since been told that 'everyone has a problem with them'. Dad's headstone was finally put in on or around the 20th April. They couldn't even tell us it was being placed. Since leaving review on another site I know I’m not the only one who has suffered at their hands.

Would like to let people know that today hopcraft conducted my fathers funeral. It was an excellent service from start to finish.
