Absolutely perfect for a peace and quiet getaway. Stayed in the shepherds hut which is definitely the more luxury end. The bed is super comfy, water pressure is great, hot water straight away. All the basics are spot on which make for a really easy and comfy stay. It was rainy and sunny when we stayed and I think whatever the weather it was lovely. The walk to the fox and hounds in lusley took us around 1hr 30mins and you can’t get a taxi back easily as there is one local guy who doesn’t work Sundays, but as long as you’re prepared for that, it’s not an issue. Thanks to the family for being so welcoming! We hope to see you again in the future :-)

Our family of 5 had a fabulous stay in the Barn at Hop Pickers. It was super comfortable and fitted out to a really high standard. The owners were lovely and really responsive to anything we needed during our stay. The icing on the cake was the brilliant games room which kept our 3 kids entertained and off their gadgets for hours! Beautiful setting too and loads to do in the area. Would thoroughly recommend!

Had a wonderful break at Hop Pickers Rural Retreats. We were greeted by our host who made us feel very welcome! The cabin is spacious and extremely well equipped, spotlessly clean and in a lovely location. There are plenty of instructions and recommendations. The hamper on arrival was excellent and the hot tub was a nice bonus too. We already decided that we will be back and we would like to recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

We recently stayed for 2 nights in the cabin and it was wonderful. Absolutely nothing to fault. Louise was lovely and helpful from the moment we booked. The hot tub, the log fire, the little touches like the arrival basket with bread eggs and biscuits made our stay even better. Will definitely be going back in the summer!
