What has happened to Summer Lightning beer, it used to be very drinkable. However, just opened a bottle purchased this week and it was awful, very Metallic tasting and cloudy, had to tip it down the drain. Tried another bottle and it was just the same, undrinkable, so bad even my partner could not drink it.

When I visit my friends in Salisbury I always make a point of calling in the Wyndham Arms, the ancestral home of Hop Back Brewery. On this occasion I thought I'd pay a visit to their brewery at Downtown and take a case of beer home as Hop Back is rarely, if ever, available in the Saddleworth area. Anyway, long story short, Wendy couldn't have been more helpful in organising a case of mixed beers for me (on account of I couldn't make up my mind!). Real good old fashioned customer service the way it should be and great beers from what has to be my favourite brewery... What's not to like?
