Purchasing my bridal outfit from Hoor Qasim was the best decision I made. Ayesha was very accommodating throughout the whole process. I urgently needed the dress to be delivered before the expected due date and she ensured this was taken care of. I was very impressed with the quality of the outfit and the time frame within which my outfit was deleivered. The dress looked absoloutely stunning when it arrived, I couldn’t have got any better. I would definitely recommend Hoor Qasim to all the brides out there who are looking to purchase thier bridal outfit. Absolutely trash! The phrases “made to measure” and “standard size” don’t even link. Totally a ripoff! £350 for ready-made clothes that are inflexible and the materials used are bin bag quality! The shoe sizes a half a size too small and when we received them, they were mixed up and one of them was still the wrong size. Completely appalling! In addition, there’s this shop named Golu on A34 - Stratford Road, Sparkbrook. He’s a complete wasteman! Don’t even look at his shop! That’s how bad it was and now it’s even worse. The garbage he sells is incomparable and he is tardy!

Dont buy your wedding dress from here. The day we first went to the shop a bride was extremely upset and complaining. We thought she was being rude to the sales women. We went again to purchase and found another bride unhappy. I was very hesitant to trust them but my sister liked the dress alot and had her heart set on it. She will post soon with pictures and exactly how they stressed her out till the last day before the wedding day and how they let her down.
