Ordered and collected a big helium '2' balloon and 8 confetti filled helium balloons for my son's party the next day. Balloons were as expected, but all were half full and on the floor by the morning (day of his birthday). Not a big problem - called and explained the issue and their stance was that I should have explained that I need the balloons for the next day, implying that it was somehow my fault. They rectified by topping up the '2' and giving me 8 new balloons, but they are cheaper/smaller ones so they "don't have to use as much helium". Overall bad customer service. Avoid.

I was planning a last minute surprise party for my wife and was finding it difficult to source a company who would sell and set up balloons and decorations. I told the owner my plans on doing the last minute surprise party and she managed to pick an idea and theme out of my head from a phone conversation... it was amazing. The surprise worked, my wife was blown away by the outstanding decorations. Would I recommend or use Hooray again... HELL YEA! Thank you Hooray x
