Excellent care and attention. Listened to what I wanted and advised the best options. Once I'd decided was told I could get the same bike but "last years'" colour and would be cheaper. Knew the ins and outs of the Cycle to Work Scheme I was using. Maintained contact throughout. Both the people I dealt with (sorry forgot names but one from SA and a young English lad) really knew their stuff and greeted me on entering the shop. Definitely recommend

Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Just bought my son's bike here too and it needed to be ordered in from another store, which only took a few days and was a very smooth process. Recommended.
