Our experience has been shambolic. From the start two years ago,it has still not ended. Hoopers are not governed by a overviewing body. When we made a complaint we were bogged off. Before we signed up with them,they were not honest with us. Please do not sign up with Hoopers,save yourself the heartache and frustration!
