    Avoid at all costs. Ragworm were total mush, looked weeks old. I also ordered live lugworm only to receive some frozen lifeless rubbish. The website claims 'unbeatable' customer service yet I have had 3 emails all ignored. Don't waste your money, shop elsewhere.

    ORDERED £80s WORTH OF CRAB AND NEVER RECEIVED THEM (been a month now) HAZEL DOES NOT REPLY TO EMAILS OR TEXTS AND IF YOU RING THE SHOP THEY SAY HAZELS NOT HERE OR WE CANT ISSUE A REFUND WITH OUT HER. ROBBING THIEFS AVOID AVOID AVOID. REPORTED THEM TO MY BANK FOR FRAUD.
