    This Post Office could be so much better if just a couple members of staff had customer service training. The experience from one vile lady behind the counter took me by surprise. Not at all professional to throw a letter back to a customer and say ‘I’m just doing my job mate’ isn’t acceptable. Experience and training would have made you think and respond more appropriately and maturely. If you continue to act unprofessional and hostile it will be your downfall. Perhaps this isn’t the job for you?

    Can agree with the disrespect of packages. I dropped off a parcel that needed a few hundred pounds of cover only to see it casually thrown an arms length onto the top of the pile.

    Generally OK but they do try and hard sell you and quote higher prices than they should. For example, when I said 'really? That's expensive, is that the cheapest?' they would say 'well it won't be tracked otherwise' when I never said I wanted it tracked etc. This has happened so many times I now say 'is that the cheapest?' every time to make a point. I hope they don't it to elderly people.
