Amazing school. Ever helpful staff. 2 of my children have gone through the school. Currently rated rated outstanding. Cant ask more of a school. And to the review made about malaria. Pls note that: Malaria is not contagious and you can't catch it from physical contact with someone who has it. The malaria parasite is not in an infected person's saliva and it is not passed on from one person to another. The only way you can catch malaria from a person is through blood transfusions or organ transplants. OR if you travel to certain tropical regions and get bitten by mosquitoes carring the malaria parasite!

Fantastic school: Both of my children have been through Hook Junior school. The school recently received Outstanding by Ofsted, this in itself is not important for me as a current parent but was has been is how they handled with inspection with the children, and also have they handled SATS, both were dealt with in a way which put the children first, very little stress was passed on though the ranks. Obviously some children and some teachers 'gel' more than others but if I have ever had any concerns the school and it's staff have always felt approachable. The most important thing for me is that the children and healthy and happy and that confidence in learning and personal resilience are modelled and encouraged. The school excels in these areas.
