While trawling the internet for flights, I came across Jenny, while checking out flight availability on the Hoodaki website. There are a myriad of combinations to flights and of course this reflects in wide variations on prices. I told Jenny what my requirements were, and she wasted no time in presenting me with several solutions to my requirements. Once I had made my selection, Jenny typed up my requirement, gave me a price, with a route, along with dates and flight timings, and emailed them to me in real time, while she talked me through the schedule. Only when we had discussed and agreed the accuracy of the schedule did Jenny present me with a further secure email, which was a payment plan. Again, all done while we had open discussion on the phone, only I could see my payment activities on the computer screen, directing the payment appropriately. I found Jenny to be very knowledgeable, and knew just where to look regarding my requirements. She exercised good judgement when presenting availability, and demonstrated a great deal of patience, when we discussed options, prior to me making my final selection. The bottom line. I achieved what I was looking. Jenny presented me the options, and seemed happy (& cheerful) to spend the time talking through the myriad of options that were available to me. Thanks Jenny

I am with these people from years this year I bought a ticket for my father cast me £867 but unfortunately my father get I'll and admitted in hospital he is 83years old I call them to cancel my ticket the girl name Kate told me your ticket is none refundable I was very disappointed she said we can refund you only 220£ after six weeks I received 129£only I called her again she give me a lot of excuses and than she said wait a few weeks I am trying to talk to the air line this is the fifth month and I am still waiting for the rest of the money as a parmenant customer I am not happy about that
