We have been using Hood Cats (Paw Pairs) for almost 5 years to look after our Diva cat, Minnie. We have always been 100% happy with the fantastic service knowing that Minnie is being cared for by such a wonderful team. We were caught up in Storm Ciara whilst in Ireland with our flights being cancelled twice meaning we were delayed by a day. The “Amazing Alba” could not have been more helpful, reassuring us that she would be on hand to look after Minnie until we got back. Kate also stepped in to be on standby if needed. 😇😇 Along with the updates on Minnie, we received messages from both Alba & Kate wishing us well & a safe journey home. Totally fantastic!! Nick and the team are a pleasure to deal with and really helpful, even accommodating last minute requests. Everything is straightforward from the initial meeting, to regular whatsapp photo updates so we know Puddles is in safe hands. Most importantly Puddles loves her visitors!

We had excellent care of our cat and rabbit whilst we were on holiday. Kelly sent updates and pictures every day and cleaned up after our pets so thoroughly it was a pleasure to come home to. Whilst we were away our cat was taken ill and Kelly stepped in, making an appointment and leaving work early so she could take him to the vets and keeping me informed all the way. She so very kindly paid the vets out of her own pocket until we could settle up on returning from holiday and went above and beyond in the care she gave. Very impressed and happy and would certainly recommend Hood Cats services. Kelly is an asset to them.
