I really hate all the teachers here! They always teach me about how to play Fortnite and I don't like it! Good thing is I'm in Year 11 and I'll be out of this dump soon.

Both of my daughter's have attended Honywood. This school is exceptional, visionary and courageous. It truly puts it's pupils at the heart of everything it does regardless of the impact on government statistics or benchmarks. The care they receive has been holistic, compassionate and everything I could have hoped for for my children.

Amazing school which imbraces the individual allowing them to gain confidence in their abilities so they can access the outside world come 16+ yrs old. The idea of learning independently frightens some but this doesnt mean they are left to their own devices. Teachers still teach in the classroom just like all other schools but encourage the learners to look outside the box and put their thoughts across. For me I have seen my daughter gain confidence in herself and her abilities. The team at Honywood School are amazing!

My son has completed his first year at the school and is incredibly happy. He loves the independent learning and the variety of subjects on offer. The school has reignited his love of learning and he is really happy to be there. The teachers all seem to be very passionate and inspirational and this has clearly rubbed off on him.

Awful school, teachers are rubbish. Method of teaching is disgraceful and what do you think children will do when giving IPads. If you’re Considering a nice to Honywood I recommend you look elsewhere

If your child is self motivated and competent learner then they may well thrive at this school, if not then avoid. My son went from a A/B grade student to pretty much failing all his GCSE's. Not helped by the school only pointing out he was likely to fail six months before he took his exams. Now this could be because the ethos of the school is very much learner led but i can't help but feel that in my (and my sons) case this was the worst move for him and has set him back a year. Go in with your eyes open and hopefully the new head will turn things around.
