The crematorium is a perfect place for a funeral, me and my sister were very happy with the service from William dunphys funeral directors and the service from the crematorium and the celebrant was excellent and the understanding and compassionate too that's why I'm giving it 5 stars, but when me and my sister went to collect the ashes of our dad today at the office we were expecting a sit down chat to discuss different ways or services they offer and some understanding and respect but all we got was guy dressed In a tracksuit and baseball cap and trainers just hand over the ashes and sign a bit paper to realease them like it was a delivery if we didn't ask about prices service options etc he was ready to just close the door, we weren't addressed and treated as you expect very disrespectful to be honest and for that I give no stars and minus one rating it wasn't the way we expected things to happen.

I chose this crematorium so family around the world could watch the service. On the day they could not deliver and claimed there was an IT problem. From speaking to someone else it could not be done on their day either. It ruined the day for the rest of the family who could not travel. They cannot offer live streaming.
