Pros - the mango was really ripe and yummy, the salmon was good too and not fishy Cons - was surprised they offer kimchi since that’s Korean. Tuna was fishy. All the good toppings cost extra on an already £12 meal. Rice was mushy. Pickled cucumber were sour in the way that it tasted like it kept out too long, not that it was too vinegary. Sauces tasted strange, for example sriracha Mayo was SOUR when it should just be sriracha + kewpie Mayo. It instead tasted like they mixed regular Mayo with vinegar and a bit of sriracha. What I would prefer: cook the sushi rice with less water so it’s not mushy, optionally add some rice vinegar + sugar to the sushi rice, for sriracha Mayo just use sriracha and kewpie Mayo, use fresh tuna, provide seaweed salad, crab salad, sweet corn, furikake, crispy onions, crispy garlic not for £2 extra each

Does the job but wouldn’t recommend. Serves you in cardboard plates, very cold, a bit tasteless and not well decorated
