We’ve ordered this a few times on Uber eats, usually it’s a quick end of month/pre pay day order for a buy one get one free - it’s never been ‘amazing’ but always good enough. A Saturday night and we fancy Chinese so we placed a big order (all buy one get one free) for hot and sour soup, beef Ho fun, sweet and sour chicken and chicken fried rice. Honestly, most of it went in the bin. The hot and sour soup smelt and tasted so vile, and it had spilt over the other food. The beef Ho fun was ok, just about. The meat wasn’t great quality. The chicken fried rice was not nice and the sweet and sour chicken was very tangy but tasteless, inedible for me. My partner ate less than I did and ordered another takeaway (which he would NEVER do if the food was edible). The kids only had some of the noodles. I’m very disappointed as this was meant to be a big family night dinner/takeaway.

This is my favourite Chinese in SW6. All of the food is fresh and you can also order a big meat big spring roll - if you know that is extremely difficult to find!. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone and want to say thank you to Walter tonight and his customer service was amazing - I ordered just before they were closing and the food was still amazing. Thanks Hong Tin :)

Since the first time I tried it, I became a regular. Delicious chicken Cashew-nut. Highly recommended! Friendly staff ans owner. I would also suggest calling and ordering directly from them, much cheaper and super fast! 👌🏻

This place is so bad now. It’s actually revolting. I can feel myself becoming sick just thinking about it. The old owners were great. This is ridiculously bad. Dietary restrictions: Don’t eat this muck.

Don’t know what has happened to this “Chinese” (if you would even call it that) … you can buy meal deals and Chinese food from Tesco just behind this place, and it would no doubt turn out better quality and taste than this dump of a place …. Hong Tin used to be a lovely favourite when they had the previous management/staff! Now I’m not sure who has taken over, but they need to close ASAP and stop robbing peoples money with their poor attitude and kitchen staff! As other reviews have stated, most of their menu has now been reduced, and what they do serve is poor quality and taste - and at a hefty price E.g: a special fried rice used to be a favourite for us - NOW - a special fried rice costs more money yet only includes mainly dodgey prawns, and chicken that tastes as if it’s off and has you questioning is it even chicken!?!? Not too sure what is so “special” about this fried rice anymore, and to be quite honest it tastes like pure RUBBISH, aswell as the rest of the menu! Anyway, main point being guys & girls, PLEASE, when hungry, PICK SOMEWHERE ELSE ❤️

I got a takeaway and the lady who took my order was rude. She rushed me in making decisions and was very condescending. Will not dine here again.

New management has taken over and thisbokace has gone down hill. Abrude women answers the phone and is very disrespectful. I asked for no peppers in my singaoot noodles. She started saying I need to order another dish and that my order was not important due to other orders and they can not accommodate my order. Try calling the restaurants and see how rude, abrupt the service is when the female employee answers. The restaurant used be packed for 20 years and now it is empty due to horrendous service from new management

Good value, made to order Chinese in Hammersmith. Ms Kim is very nice and helpful. Remember, cash only and closed mondays. Update 4 years later, new management has taken over abs is gone down hill. The hot and sour soup is almost inedible, the portions are small for the price And the duck that arrived was half fatty goo with 4 slivers of cucumber and onions to garnish 6 portions. The rice is good but I won't bother going back to what used to be the locals favorite haunt.
