(Translated by Google) Not a serious massage shop, the masseurs in it don't like to receive female customers, they keep complaining that we women are tired without tips... Then they keep recommending cupping, earwax digging and other private work, and the massage is also very perfunctory... And then How nice is it to be a man? There is a tip of one or two hundred for taking a plane or something... Then after pressing it, I asked if it was like this, and no tip?

(Translated by Google) Liar shop! On April 4th, my wife went to this store for acupuncture. A white-haired woman received us Chinese with a blunt attitude, and charged 45 pounds for acupuncture. After more than 20 minutes, I only inserted a few needles, which were very shallow. , I haven't pierced the acupoints yet, and I haven't used an electronic acupuncture device. It didn't work at all. The signboard of traditional Chinese medicine has been ruined by these scammers. The service staff has a blunt attitude and abandons the customer after pulling out the needle. This is the worst Chinese medicine shop in London. (Translated by Google) My mother-in-law wanted acupuncture, and she did it when she saw this place. The whole process was really scary when I thought about it. When you go in first, no one pays attention to you, and you look impatient. During the period, their employees kept complaining (I don’t want to be this person. ) During the process of making, my mother-in-law said that people disappeared for about 20 minutes during the period, and then there was no communication during the period. The store is messy, really don’t go there (Original)

Overall it’s very good. I purchased the massage session. The only thing you need to be aware is that you’d better book the massage appointment in advance otherwise you might need to wait for some time to get the massage.

don't even try to go there, you have to pay consultation fee £10 upfront the second you walk in the clinic. I ended up with 6 pack of herbs powder without being told what is in there. Feel like a scam. I regret not walking out the second I was asked for consultation fee.

This review is for Doctor Yan, not the shop. I went to Hong Ning for some next pain on Friday and the service upon entering wasn't great but it’s a Chinese Medicine shop so I didn’t think much of it. A female customer came down and was a bit upset about the horrible service and said she only wanted to pay for consultation and nothing else. That should’ve been my first warning but I persisted due to my pain. Doctor Yan (older lady in her 60’s) didn’t consult with me but asked me to pay £80 for half hour massage followed by acupuncture. Warning number two but again, I thought about my neck pain. I had my half hour massage starting at 5pm which was great and wish I would’ve stuck with that. Instead, Doctor Yan came up, stuck a bunch of needles throughout my head, neck and shoulder all while pausing every few minutes to text on her phone. She turned on the warmer and then left saying nothing. I fell asleep and woke up thinking...wait a min, no one has checked on me. This was my second time ever doing acupuncture and it didn’t feel right. I was petrified to check the time because I had over a dozen needles in my head, neck and shoulders. It was getting so late I managed to turn my head to see it was 6:40pm. That’s over an hour since having the needles in me. I was shouting and knocking on the wall but to no avail. Finally, I mustered enough courage to reach for my coat for my phone. Luckily, the room was small enough so that it was close. I called what I thought was the shop but it was the head office. They called and Doctor Yan came up all while saying on the phone “I forgot.” Im still traumatized from the experience. I told her not to forget to pull all the needles out of my body. She pulled it all out so quickly, asked to add my wechat and left. All she said was “sorry for the inconvenience 不好意思” not even an apology. We are in desperate times where people are losing jobs and businesses are going bust. I would never post this if I didn’t feel this “doctor” was wreak-less and unprofessional. I want to warn anyone about her as she may float around the multiple branches of the shops as it’s all a franchise in Chinatown. The Chinese medicine shop is wonderful for our community. But watch out for this lady.
