Have used them before in Pimlico. They have seemed capable but always seem to be doing things in a rush - customer service isn't their strong point. In March I left my MacbookPro and an Apple Mac in for repair. I gave clear instructions that they should wipe the Apple Mac, but they wiped the MacbookPro instead. A lot of my stuff was backed-up but not everything as I had not intended for it to be wiped. I lost a lot of personal memories that I will never recover. I then asked for support as some of the software wouldn't run properly as a result of the newly installed OS and I've been ignored. As I say, poor customer service.

Absolutely brilliant company! I had a problem with sticky key on my MacBook Pro, so took it to HoneyLight Computers. To my surprise, not only they replaced the key, but they've also replaced the battery and the entire keyboard / touchpad at no cost (all under quality warranty program). I feel like I have a brand new computer now. Absolutely amazing and would highly recommend them!

Brought my MacBook in after one of the keys had come off and was quoted a whopping £680 for the repair (apparently the entire keyboard and battery needed to be replaced...) Ended up buying a new key online for £3 and it's fixed. Total scam.
