Professional with a capital P! Working with Nikita and Kier has been the most worthwhile and efficient experiences we could have hoped for when designing our new kitchen. Having known Nikita from my childhood I was excited to reconnect with her and entrust our vision for our new kitchen to her and the team to re-work a very tired 80s kitchen that was basically falling apart. Not only was the concept from design brilliant but when it came to the little details and working with us to get our dream kitchen there was no question too big or complex that couldn't be answered. When it came to the kitchen installation, we had a personal matter at home with our daughter which meant we were in and out of hospital for a few days. Both Nikita and Kier stepped in to keep things moving and make us feel reassured they could handle it and not to worry. Within a matter of days work took shape and we could see the reality of our new kitchen coming to life. The outcome of the kitchen is just fantastic! I keep walking downstairs and thinking "wow this is my kitchen!" The quality and care Kier put into the fit and installation is second to none and if you are looking for high quality carpentry look no further! We first used Honest by Design to redesign our kitchen. Several other designers had been out to look at our unusual space and hadn't been able to accommodate my wishlist. Nikita however was amazing. She listened to what I was saying and produced a design that not only met my brief but included many other brilliant ideas. The team made the whole process pain free and enjoyable from start to finish. They were professional, fun to have around and extremely skilled. We are delighted with our kitchen. Since then, Honest by Design have transformed our dining room and hall. Kier did an amazing job in producing a bespoke dining table, space saving cupboard/shelving unit and even refurbishing an old chest of drawers. Our latest project was a garden building which they designed and built from scratch. Kier sourced everything it needed and he and Nikita made recommendations such as underfloor heating and LED lights that resulted in a space that is not only functional but practical all year round and fun. We would definitely recommend Honest by Design and look forward to working with them again on another project.

Honest by Design are brilliant. We started with a kitchen update, but it turned into a whole downstairs remodel. We knew that we wanted to update our kitchen as we had limited storage space and work surfaces, but we had a lot of doors and windows to work around and we really struggled with the layout. Nikita was personable, very happy to talk it all through and came up with some really good ideas, including some that took us out of our comfort zone. She talked through her thinking and logic and challenged us with our pre-conceived (not ideal) thoughts. We ended up with a brilliantly designed, workable kitchen, which we love. Kier and the team worked hard to fit it and we could ask their opinions and views along the way for help in steering our decisions. Overall a nice team and great outcome. Five stars it not enough for this business. I would easily give more if possible. Nikita worked very closely with my wife to design our dream kitchen exactly the way she wanted it. Kier then built it to the high standards we demanded. Needless to say we were so happy that we called them back a year later to do design and build our new office and cloakroom. The estimates is very clear and there was no nasty surprises in "extras" that we did not request or agreed to. Nothing is to difficult and they even come back after a few weeks of living in our new rooms to sort out any possible snags. I will highly recommend them for your next project and will definitely use them again(and again)! Service: Refurbishment

I'm writing this review as I deeply regret not hiring Honest by Design to create my kitchen design. I, wrongly, assumed as our layout was simple that the "design" appointments I was offered by the good high street brands would be fine. Not so!! The reality is they're not actually providing "design" rather you're getting software moving boxes around to slot their product into your kitchen. It's very frustrating and not very inspiring. If I had my time again I'd gladly hire Honest by Design and quite frankly let them do the hard work for me!
