I had the local special which is exclusive to the Hammersmith branch as it’s a collaboration with Mama Nati Hot Sauce which, gave the burger just the right amount of heat. The burger itself was juicy with melted chilli cheese candied bacon & Caribbean slaw. It wasn’t until after I had completely demolished my burger (there was no stopping me after the first bite) that I realised I had forgotten to take a pic. Sorry not sorry! All I can say is if you like a bit of heat that’s not overpowering then this is the burger for you. Shoutout to Alex the Manager & Mama Nati for the hook-up!

My daughter and I came to Honest Burgers today and what a lovely place this is, food is wonderful and plentiful, I loved the rosemary salted chips. Customer service first class, the young lady who served us was so friendly and helpful (Sorry I dont know her name), but and there is a but here ..... my daughter realised she had forgotten our printed tickets for a show we were seeing (venue insisted the tickets were printed out not shown on her phone), the staff member asked what we were doing for the afternoon, I just said not sure as we have forgotten our printed tickets, she very kindly said to my daughter that she could print them for us through wifi. She went away for a few minutes and came back with them printed out. We were so grateful to her and wont forget her kindness to us in what could have been a troublesome hour or so trying to find a print shop. Thank you so much, please look after your staff they are a credit to this organisation

The Kids Tell Bad Jokes
Lovely staff. I arrived 20 minutes early (ordered on the train, had no idea how long it would take me to find it, but was pretty easy to find, given that the building has 'BURGERS' painted on the side in massive letters!) the seater guy called the kitchen, who said it would be no problem. Seater guy then took my suitcase somewhere safe while I popped to the bathroom,and when I returned downstairs moments later, he was there with both my suitcase and order! Amazing! Burger and fries were delicious.
