Used to be 5/5. Management changed. Service is now terrible. One hour wait for warm beers. Food 15 minutes more. I told the waiter that people had entered the restaurant and been served food before we even got our drinks. Told her she can remove the beers from the receipt or I'm walking. She agreed that it was unacceptable. Beers still on the receipt when leaving. Won't be returning.

I am ok with rosemary aftertaste chips but this many scraps under good looking chips is not good deal . Was tribute and local chiswick both meat cooked perfectly but the truffle mayo where it was ? The last time i had honest burger different place was like dream this time like different brand

Very busy on a Saturday lunchtime and had to wait 5mins for a table. Service was fast and friendly. Really enjoyed their honest burger with fries and extra onion rings. Lovely sized portion. Absolutely deserving of five stars for cooking my burger exactly as I asked even though it probably goes against everything they want to do. Very well done with no trace of pink meat. It was amazing.
