Food and lemonade were great - as always in Honest - but the service was quite poor. Firstly we had to ask to wipe the table, because it was all messy. We received menus 15 minutes later, and someone came to take our orders another 15 minutes later. And that's with half of the tables empty. Same with the bill - after asking for it and waiting for 15 minutes, I was already considering leaving some cash and leaving, because there weren't even any staff members at the till...

First time I have tried one Honest Burgers. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Food was served in good time and reasonably priced. The vegan coleslaw had no mayonnaise in it, so was a bit dry. They had run out of the standard non vegan and offered this as an alternative so no big deal. They asked how the meal was and I mentioned the coleslaw in passing and they immediately reduced the bill. Unexpected and very kind of them. Thank you James and the team! We will be back 🙂
