UPDATE: The team have since reached out to me and explained exactly what was going on at the time, start of the season, new bike sales etc. Because they took the effort to do this, I'm going to stick with them. I'll be visiting soon to check out some new luggage for my bike, as the ew NT 1100 DCT isn't for me. Called in last week to look at new NT 1100 DCT. No other customers in site, but Adrian said he was too busy to let me test ride. Call in following week. Just been in again, tried to book service and test ride, no service slots available but booked test ride for tomorrow. 30 mins after leaving, Adrian called to say too busy tomorrow and can only do Thursday, when it's meant to be wet & windy. I hung up after saying I'll go to Crescent Southampton. Test ride booked no problem. I'd rather ride an hour to get the service Honda is renowned for.
