I went to Hometech after my laptop died from a corrupt windows 11 update. From start to finish they were professional, pleasant and quick. Joanna explained the process when I arrived, she explained that my laptop would be assessed within 48hrs. She would then call and let me know what their findings are, the cost and to see if i would like to proceed with the work. She called me back the following day, as promised, she explained it was a corrupt install of the Windows 11 update and the cost to re-install the system would be £75. I agreed to the work and within a few hours I got a call to say that it was all done and ready for collection. It took about 24hrs to get my laptop back! Would I recommend them, yep, I certainly would - excellent customer services, something that is missing in many businesses nowadays, and it was all completed in a quick timeframe.
