    Unacceptable. The product arrived completely damaged. Some parts are missing. No (original) packaging. The product was just wrapped up with the paper that not strong enough to handle the shipment. No paperwork- invoice or leaflet to the product. Very sad experience with this Seller.

    My oven broke. After a phone call we worked out it was the heating element. The part got ordered during the call, which turned up the next morning. I set to repairing it and got stuck. Another phone call and a girl, believe it or not, talked me through what to do. Great service, great tech support. Will deffo be ringing them next time I break something.

    A nice looking website but probably best avoided. I ordered a cable and paid for next day delivery. However, because they do not email you when it has been despatched or send you any tracking information, there is no way to know where it is. Hermes ended up delivering it to a "neighbour" which was 6.6 miles away and it took me nearly a week to find it. Their phone number is never answered and goes to a person's voicemail which is full so you cannot leave a message. Emails were initially not replied to. They also use the Feefo feedback badge on their website but when you search for them on Feefo it comes back with no results, so I can only assume that they are using the badge fraudulently to trick people into trusting them.

    don't trust them at all just rubbish service and they don't know how to speak the customer and i did order 2 item and they cancelled 1 item and 1 send via post but i didn't get and i am still wondering what i'll do for 1 item such shame its meanless to despatch 1 item so please be aware for this company and don't trust at all

    This company is not helpful and very fake. They take the money and do not deliver your item I ordered washing machine parts but they haven't delivered I keep calling them to solve my problem the lady is very rude and does not know how to talk. They could not solve it. Very poor service and the customer service is not helpful .never buy from them again. This is a scam company. Not recommended

    I'm impressed. For a business that seems to be online only you can't actually reach them online. As for the product- a Rangemaster door catch, that was rubbish too. There are no threads where there should be threads. It gets better., or rather worse. The mailbox that might let you leave a message is full. It takes real talent to fail at all three basic requirements. Any worse and they should be in government.. Still they get 4.4 in reviews so they must have been ok at sometime.

    I had bought it washing machine part from homespare and i need that urgently and i had paid next day delivery but its been still not delivered like after 5 days and when i called them in thier number the lady was so rude no experience how to talk with customers what a shame ,really awful service not recommended
