Another useless council building all they have is a locked door with covered in useless number's that leave you wishing you hadn't bothered. You would be better starting at the citizens advice bureau and working back from there. Waste of a building in my opinion

Myself and my neighbour got harrased by neighbours....painted sills on window frame by neighbour, management were told..and ignored us.but would visit other neighbour who was acting ill so manager would go round then went to pub when she left him. Managers took hers and his side, didn't ask for our side, other nasty stuff happened. Neighbour and 2 friends got into my loft and made noise..probably took loft insulation. Luckily i moved out shortly after. My friend moved to another of their sites and is getting hassle started obviously by the same manager who was and is friendly with the people near my friend who left over 18 months. Some people shouldnt be in these jobs!!
