Stay away stay away, my sister was scammed in this shop by the manager himself, I’m surprised it’s still open as it appears to be a money laundering business. Prices are excessively high and expect to see more security people than sales assistants… very fishy!!!

Very bad experience It’s the worst experience of our life be carful be careful don’t bye from this shop they are bunch of thieves well trained the Iranian manager asked us to do bank transfer and he give us an invoice and everything saying it’s payed and after on the day of the collection he called us 1 hour before saying that he didn’t received the money I wish I we never knew or went to this shop .

Despite telling us that returns are allowed, when I tried to return something 3 days after it was delivered, they came up with stupid excuses to not return. Make sure you are 100% certain you want an item before risking buying from here.

Purchased a rug which arrived 2 months later than expected. It did not suit our house and next day we went to return it and they outright refund as they said it was used which it wasn’t, there were no marks or damage. Please be wary of purchasing items, as they will not return.

Bought a reed diffuser yesterday because the staff were very convincing that it will last for 6months and it’s great quality. Still waiting to smell something, waste of money would never ever ever go back there again for anything thank God it wasn’t something too expensive
