One of their property agents is over charging and cannot be easily talked to. Ive sent a complaint in their email but there is no response. They are not giving back my holding deposit and not giving me a checkout report. Im just waiting for a couple of weeks more to proceed to filing a complaint legally in the redress scheme.

Never recommended. Have let a property and the boiler isn't working. Tried contacting all the contacts provided, but they seem to be least bothered. They say that they'll fix any kind of emergency issues as soon as possible but are now taking 5 days during these winter days. No proper checks have been done before letting the property. If you about to sign the contract, please do your self initiated checks before even signing the contract with them.
