They deducted 50£ from my deposit claiming that I returned the room for few hours late, which is extremely unreasonable.( they did not specify the time! I returned on the required day) I made a dispute on DPS and the landlord chose to ignore it. Now I am required to find a solicitor for the process. I would let anyone around me to avoid the apartment, not only for this, but also the extremely bad attitude of receptionist. Room too small, lifts go wrong all the time(had terrible experience stuck in the lift and it dropped 2 floors!

i love lightfoothall the rooms are so nice (except for mold) (or the dryers don’t work but they’re on that, they’re coming out on monday) if you have an issues with a room the people at the front desk, specially Chef and Mo the sweetest human beings you will ever interact with and always willing to look into any issues with the room. they give us free food and host special dinner nights with pizza, nachos, breakfast on mondays!!! they spoil us here!!!!!! croissants, tea!!! every issue in the apartments is fixed within a time period. neighbors in the building are so sweet, the only thing is that you can’t smoke weed as it is illegal here.
