Convenient, near the tube station and bus station, next to a big Sainsbury’s. The price is okay comparing to other accommodations considering the size of the room. The staffs are nice. I have already lived here for 2 years and have rebooked for next year. Maintenance is usually time-consuming and requires patience. Fire alarms are sensitive so could be a bit annoying sometimes, but I’m already used to it. Collecting parcels is a little fussy for me. Although knowing it’s for safety reasons; I may prefer to simply pick them up by myself when passing by. Since the reception is locked after 5:30pm and sometimes even earlier; and is not open before 9am or during weekends; I usually miss the opportunity to collect my parcels when I was at school all day, or came down when the staffs were absent. It might be better if there’s a back up plan for us to collect urgent parcels out of working hours; just like what we do with the false fire alarms I guess? Enjoy the decorations for every festivals!

Cons: This place is Expensive. Yet no gym, air conditioning or a proper oven. Staff are annoying and seem to come into your room when they feel like it, without asking your permission. They dont leave you alone or give you privacy, when requested. Staff treat you like a 5 year old. Quick to throw blame at you. Feels like a prison. Fire Alarms keep going off while you are sleeping or studying, yet when you go outside it's always a false alarm, not even a drill. It has been a good couple of weeks after the promised date, to return my deposit. Still havn't got it back. Pros: Maintenance of the appliances is good. Internet is good.

I had a fantastic stay. No issues. If I had any problems with my room, I would let management know, and they’d sort it out in a timely manner. My room was in good condition, and I had ample sunlight ( lucky me!). In addition, you have everything you need within a half a mile radius. - Sainsburys, the underground/overground, cinema, doctors etc. I loved it here.

It has been a quite enjoyable stay for me here so far. I came here in later September of last year and I've made some very good friends. I suggest anyone who wants to come here and meet new people to show up in the common room at night, it's a great way to have a good time with fellow students. The staff is really understanding and friendly, halls and common spaces are routinely cleaned, and for certain holidays the staff will decorate appropriately and even give food and drinks. The rooms are fairly small but quaint, the position is central and quite convenient for UCL students in particular.
