My experience of Estate agents in Deeping area and Stamford, are not thinking of sellers who are older and have people they care for and when we need to move and sell we at our age are not able to get top up mortgages , like first time buyers or other younger buyers, the estate agents expect us to drop our prices and then cannot find places to buy on for our disabled wee care for security late on. this is unfair these estate agents, just want to grab older peoples houses to sell to younger who are able to get mortgages,We have been on market yes a while. but i cannot find places to buy which is worth buying for us. Sorry the estate agents here do not care about the lives of older sellers. All Homebuyers alliance do not care either for us. you want our home we would like a decent price to buy a decent home too. We have to survive also you know. Sorry the Estate agents and all are being unfair to older sellers who have homes we worked and went though mortgage to be proud we did it. But young have not even done what we have. they all get so much help. When parents of them are no longer they will have no idea how to carry on.

Spoke to an advisor today who gave me clarification, reassurance, and helpful advice. I have had to call them a couple of times over these last few months for general advice on the property market. I am very glad to have found them on the internet. I am also very happy that I became a member and consider it good value. Considering that someone is always at the other end of the phone line when I have been in need of advice, my membership has been money well spent. Having to deal with the property market business has sometimes been so overwhelming for me, and I can't thank HOA enough, except to tell them that their excellent service has been a godsend to my sanity! Thank you so much to all staff at HOA.

I will strongly recommend Home owner alliance. I was having service charge dispute with my landlord and Naomi helped me lot throughout. Not only she advise but she checked all my correspondence with landlord and helped me checking form for Tribunal too. Without her help I could not find the information. I strongly recomond HOA worth spending £45 a year to get excellent and clear advise which high street solicitors would charge thousands. Strongly recomond
