We stayed in nov 22.Though the location is v good, we had tough time taking two big bags on second floor climbing almost 50 steps on narrow spiral staircases. I wouldn’t recommend it for people with big bags . No help was given for us at checkout on request.The water system is also v slow inside which wld slow the flow of water if used at one place.High chairs were v wobbly n difficult to sit while dining. Be careful of falling. Rest ok

Absolutely brilliant customer service! They guided us through the whole process of booking and arrival and went out of their way to help me retrieve a few items s I accidentally left behind in the apartment. Apartment itself is perfectly located for exploring with bus and metro stations easily available. The view from the windows is exceptional and even though I had a hunch it would be too noisy during the night my kid, my wife and I all slept perfectly each night. This is a perfect place for couples or a couple with one or two kids and I felt we could have stayed here for months as it started feeling like home very soon.

10/10 stay. The apartment was clean and had amazing views of Camden. The inside was gorgeous and had great amenities. The highlight is definitely the staff. They couldn’t of been more helpful while we were there. We were left without accommodation from another business the day before we left for london. The staff at home.ly helped us immediately and had us sorted within a few hours. Can’t recommend enough!

Firstly, I would like to mention the absolutely outstanding customer service I experienced. Prior to booking I had a couple of queries , nothing was too much, every question was answered with knowledge, kindness and care. This level of customer service continued throughout. This included a whatsapp service, whereby any questions or queries were answered with efficiency, a continued phone service and text message service. The apartment was in a fantastic location, the centre , we did not have to catch the tube once. Within 5 mins walking distance we were next to China Town, Leicester Square, picadilly circus, west end theatres , multiple eateries and much much more. A ten minute walk allowed you to explore the great British Musuem, regent Street amongst other places. In terms of travel, everything once again is so easily accessible, bus stops, taxis, tube. It made our life so simple and easy. The apartment was a spacious apartment, fully equipped including a washing machine to my surprise. Which was absolutely great when travelling with children. The place was clean and tidy , the bathroom had a nice large shower with a clean modern look. I would like to add that wheb I searched for places to stay including hotels in the similar area , they were extremely small with very little space. We felt safe, and the company were in constant contact with us, ensuring we had everything we required. For those of you that want a central location, space and a home from home this is ideal. Thank you, I would not hesitate to stay here again. ❤
