    Here right now. Writing this as we are sat shivering because the heating isn't on and no instructions. Only room that has heating is the bathroom. Not enough bedding for 5 of us so all in 1 bed and a camp bed. Feeling like we want to pack up and go home and stuck her for another night. Messaged the page they give you in the welcome book. No reply. What's the point of having it of no one gets back to you.

    This place is off the main thoroughfare ,among business outfits. We had a bit of difficulty looking for the apartment and drove around the car park looking for it. The building is called Century Court, not Homely. Main door is a mystery for 15 min because the door lock is broken. No lifts, no one to talk to about the apartment for our case. Seriously guard your key. The door closes so fast you get locked out of the apartment. Adequate furnishing tho the cookware is far from perfect. It comes with washer. Windows can't open out; can't imagine how it feels like in summer. Good access to the airport and Watford center.
