Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Where do I begin. I rented a property in Shirley Road from Homlife and moved in November before. Within 4 weeks the entire property was infested with mould. Called Leaders (property managers) who are very much in league with Homelife and know of the properties problems. Yet they palm everything off onto your lifestyle that causes the problems and read from a script. The problem in the property I rented in Shirley Road had been ongoing for years as a long term tenant upstairs informed me and all Homelife done everytime a tenant moved out was give the place a lick of paint and ship the next tenants in ready to mug them off and do the same routine. Both Leaders and Homelife are a joke and I urge you to avoid at all costs! Was still washing the damp mouldy smells out of my clothes even after I moved out. Disgusting!

Still suffering from breathing problems after living in one of their damp properties 7 years ago. Literally permanently damaged my lungs by using this letting agency. Tried to charge me money for the damp despite it being proven to be due to structural damage prior to my tenancy agreement. Tbh the whole company is just straight up and down a scam, they should be shut down.

When I came to view the house, there was scaffolding at the entrance. The building didn't look good but the agent assured me the building was being renovated which made me accept to rent. Not knowing the scaffolding was there to add more floors on the building. I had to clean the dirts left behind my door after the scaffolding taken away. It is a block of about 30 or more flats with just 4 bins cans. Tenants throwing their bins down the windows and housing management not caring about human dignity. I had to deal with rats and clean to stop the seagulls from making extra mess. It's a total disappointment.
