They don't know the regulations of contracts or can't even read or understand the dates on employment contracts . If they can't tick off all the boxes they just reject the application without even turning the pages of the documents. If they, and I cite: "can't understand the contract" they'll ask for ridiculous amount of additional support. "what is this lecturer job at uni of yours?". Sad parasitic organisation.
