They do a better job than urban outreach whom have millions of pounds in assets, Bolton Council should really give more funding to groups such as these instead giving the lions share to a corrupt organization such as urban outreach bolton.

The service that this voluntary organisation offers to the homeless and people in need is second to none. The service users get to eat at least twice a day in Bolton with a massively wide variety of health filling food, including snack, fruit, crisps, hot & cold drinks, cakes and packed lunches to take away. I don’t know if any other organisation in the country that feed as many people on such a regular basis. Also available is fresh clean clothes, weather dependant supplies I.e. sun cream, water for when it’s hot and coats, gloves, scarfs and thermals when it’s cold. I have worked with many volunteer organisation but have never worked before with such a skilled multidisciplinary team that take such care and kindness to reach services users that many other statutory agencies cannot seem to reach. May Homeless Aid’s good work continue for many years to come. Sadly this is a service that is meeting the needs many public services can no longer or have never been able to provide.
