I was happy till my floor has dipped in around the skirting and nobody coming out to fix it. I don't ask for alot just want the floor to be fixed so I don't fall through tbh.apparently all too much to ask.also door inners falling out. UPDATE: floor was fixed but the contractor and the person that was called out to do the job told me two different things. And now if it ain't a repair issue , now I got a harassment issue where I can't be left alone and have privacy. And be left alone to get on with my life.apparently I'm the latest gossip and i have to tread on eggshells.

If I could put no stars I would. The company as a landlord are awful. 90% contractors are cowboys. Been in my house 3 years and I have had more issues here than I had in my old house that I lived in for over 20 years. We have had loads of water leaks 4 being on the same pipe bringing down the ceiling and been left to repair properly ourselves. Workman telling me thay can't take their rubbish away from repairs as they have no waste licence. Gas leak that we found ourselves and had to have cadet come out to repair and needed a new gas metre. The house is only 4 years old. Had scaffolding up for 6 weeks cause the workman couldn't clip the guttering that was hanging off back up on a ladder because of health and safety issues. They had to put scaffolding up that was there for 6 weeks so couldn't park our car anywhere just to have it taken down without the work being done so I had to do that myself. They then put the scaffolding up in my neighbours garden leaving it there for a further 5 weeks which he took down himself being a scaffolder. When we first moved in they put a new toilet in that was too small and kept coming off the wall it took 18 months for them to put the correct toilet in. Had to have a new back door fitted as water was coming through and the drainage gully that they fitted to try and solve the problem wasn't connected to anything. Could go on but do not want to waste anymore of my time on this company. Can't wait to move out. My advice stay well away from this association.

terrible housing association first of all, I suffered a house fire as a direct result of the cowboy contractor traders. This was then covered up by one of the employees who has since left. I was left homeless for months, when a property became available, I was moved in quickly. The home was meant to be made good some paint work to the doors and windows. The kitchen didn’t me health and safety standards and I was promised this would all be done 5 years later I am still struggling with these people. The housing managers are malicious, and they discriminate against people. I have been living in disrepair with black mould issues, heat loss issues, security issues, and not to mention the kitchen and bathroom does not meet the standard health and safety regulations. On top of that this company has been committing fraud for an extended period of time by charging for a service, that they were not providing. When this was called out, they offered a small goodwill gesture payment, which did not even cover 10% of the money. We paid. When address with the company again play increase our service charge and decrease the service we were set to receive. Terrible!!!

Awful awful landlord. Takes your service charge and doesn’t even provide gardening or repairs anything. Left a fire door broken for a month next to a wheel chair users flat. They do not care about people. IF YOU CAN STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Multiple failures in finishing of their properties mostly inside. Reported with photos and in writing they did eventually reply but just about two years later still works not completed and extremely bad workmanship in painting amongst other items….never buy a new build from Homegroup and Hill (contractors that they hired to build their new homes) they are not great either. It is a shame really as the architecture is quite good but workmanship and customer services following disaster.

Been waiting 3 days to get my front door fixed. Apparatus it's acceptable for me to climb over my balcony (ground floor) to lock and unlock front door, then climb back in. Completely unsafe and a fire hazard. And gives others an idea of how easy it is to access my property. All because their maintenance team say they had no access, despite me being home the whole time, having my telephone number and not even contacting me!

Me and neighbor are currently experiencing a gas leak, only discovered from our 1 year gas check. The guy who came out and found the gas leak never left either of us with paperwork and only instructions were to call housing association. We both have toddlers and homegroup told us 2 different things. 1 to call British gas and the other to call national grid. I phoned British gas who told me it shouldn't be me phoning and that homegroup should be making the arrangements themself. Cadent was sent out and isolated both of our gas outlets and was shocked we was left to deal with everything. Neighbor since spoke to homegroup with me listening to what they was saying to be told more lies and different things. The guy in the phone was rude and would not disclose his name. Not the first problem since moving into the house. The list includes water/sewage backing up into toilets and baths, cracked windows, leaking gutters, broken electrical sockets plus a lot more. Awful housing association. Maybe this gas leaks explains the awful headaches me and my partner have been experiencing for several months since moving here. Still awaiting repairs, aparently being fixed tomorrow but have been left with no hot water and I am lucky to have an electric cooker, not my neighbor though who can't even cook her dinner.
