    I was advised to register with HF by my local council, 6 months later & I'm still at the same point living in overcrowded conditions. My first caseworker was Thain who promised I was at the top of the list... everytime a property came up I was told a DV case had to take it. She left!!! Now my case worker is suppose to be Brenda who is very difficult to get hold of. I can never get through to anyone in the team & have been told clearly "its because everyone is working remotely" so what does that mean? While people are struggling and begging for a suitable accommodation, the team just ignore calls while they are living comfortably. Very disappointed as I was willing to relocate & give up everything.

    Had a bad experience with them and gave up! They told me twice that there was a place for my family to then take it away. I packed and everything to be told that it wasn’t big enough for my family. Each of my case workers have ignored me or left and not told me. I’m still to this day trying to find out who my case worker is now and they told me I was at the top of the list but I probably never was. No help at all.

    I tried to register but the system shows that my details are existed and couldn't continue application. I have contacted via email and explained all problems but the lady called Brenda emailed me that Household ID and password has been sent to your email .I never seen anything and I requested her also to the email Homefinder but there is no any replies.
