    Just save your self the hassle and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The worst thing I have ever done is order from this company as blind arrived faulty they have then tried to rectify the issue and fix but again both broken blinds have broken in the same way. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHOCKING. I haven’t been able to open my bedroom blinds since they were fitted at the end of January. You can ring and ring everyday but you will not be getting a callback so do not expect it. They have also recently changed managers. The first manager only got in touch after a formal letter was sent asking for a full refund. They were then helpful and actually helped handle the situation. He then left and finally after multiple attempts of being put through to the new manager he agreed to help and promised a phone call back on a Friday evening or if not the Monday it has since been three weeks since talking to him and again no call back. Since then another blind that had been replaced due to the fault has now also broken the same way. The blinds are not fit for purpose since you can’t even open them but this company does not care. You can ring everyday and speak to the same people they will pretend they don’t know who you are or what your talking about and not help deal with the situation. Currently I am awaiting another call back but this has still not happened l, due to this both company directors will be receiving a formal letter for a full refund and to come and collect their rubbish blinds in relations to the consumer rights act 2015.

    I had the full house fitted with blinds in April. The majority of blinds and pelmets were fitted incorrectly or were faulty. They have tried to rectify the issues twice but replaced faulty blinds with more faulty blinds and have not solved the incorrectly fitted blinds. The customer service is appalling, they don't reply to emails, have to be chased to arrange dates for fitters/inspectors to come out. They keep stating someone will be in touch but they never do. The last contact I with them was on 31st May (I had to contact them again) where I was assured all the issues would be rectified and they would replace the faulty blinds (again), refit incorrectly fitted blinds (again) and fit the kitchen blind which was not installed in April as the measurements they took were incorrect. However he would not give a timescale of when this would be done, over 6 weeks later and they have not been in touch.  As they have had sufficient time to solve these issues, I have had to made a complaint for a full refund under The Consumer Rights Act 2015. Poor products, poor workmanship and poor customer service.
