I had been called for almost a month with the call handling team trying to secure the right date for my clean. We secured today at 10.00am, I moved my whole day around and didn’t go into the office so I could be here to open up for the cleaner. 10.15, no sign and 10.30am still no sign…. I then call up and they say they will call the cleaner. Long story short their best solution after speaking with Rachel for this was to “book another one in next week”? Not even a free one off clean or at a discount because of the absolute shambles of a service. I will not be using this business. They are soooo eager to secure your business and are persistent but when it comes down to the clean, no one even turns up! Don’t waste your time on this company. Rachel

Their service is absolutely rubbish. They took my money and they didn't find a reliable clear for me. The cleaner didn't show up and they were unable to find a cover. They didn't want to give me a refund despite they didn't provide the service I paid for. Stay away of this company, don't make the same mistake I did.
