Truly horrible customer service. My cleaner was booked for 11:30 and arrived at 1pm. The agency called me several times to ask me if she had arrived - they had nothing by way of update or apology. After the cleaner finished, I was told to wait for an invoice. The cleaner spent the next 24 hours harassing me to pay her directly and the agency provided no further information regarding invoices. When I reached out to them, they told me this was standard proceeding and did nothing to prevent the cleaner from calling me and texting me. Will not use this service again.
